Big changes in the background but little should change for clubs and players.
The RFL finally got control of the NW Youth and junior leagues afterv many years of trying to do so.
We shoudnt see many changes at 12-18s.Tammy Smith remains as Chairlady , Darren Hayes stays as Vice-Chairman, David O'Dowd becomes Fixture Secretary and Jean Palin takes over as Secretary.
Big changes though in the 7-11s as most of the committee have either left or moved over with Pilkington Recs John Rees, now overlooking these age groups,
