New Girls Team
Growing up in Wales I was a union boy, supported and played throughout my childhood and early adulthood. My life changed when I joined the army. Teaching me values which I still use today in my day job but also on the field.
I started to watch rugby league when my family and myself moved to Wigan. As my eldest daughter grew an interest in rugby league supporting Leigh Centurions with her grandad. She started to play the sport at school. Her grandad found a team at Culcheth Eagle Owls. From that moment we became a rugby league family, watching her train and play relit a passion in me from my youth.
Now I’m creating a girls team, using skills I have learnt throughout my life to help young girls take rugby league to the new level but also helping to shape them into strong positive young ladies.
We don’t just need these skills on the field but also in life… #TACKLINGLIFE
AFTERALL rugby’s more than a game.
I look forward to meeting/training you.
